Redos and adjustments
If you are not happy with the results of your haircut and/or color, please contact me directly within 48 hours of your original appointment. I am happy to work with minor and reasonable adjustments to your original service provided they are scheduled within two weeks of your original appointment.
I do not offer refunds of any kind. Please review the 'Redos and Adjustments' policy above if you find yourself unhappy following your appointment. Please contact me directly with any issues you may have regarding your service.
Tardiness and cancelations
Please call ahead if you are running 15 minutes late or less. If you are beyond 20 minutes late to your appointment, it may have to be canceled completely. Any client running over 20 minutes behind without calling ahead of time will have their appointment canceled automatically.
Cancelations that occur less than 24 hours in advance are considered to be 'no-shows,' and reoccurring instances may lead to the refusal of future services.
All new color clients must schedule a FREE consultation before scheduling a color service. This is where we talk price, expectations, budget, and/or take deposit for future appointment.
